棘皮微管相關(guān)蛋白(Echinoderm microtubule-associated protein,EMAP)在海膽中表達(dá), 是第一個(gè)被鑒定的 EMAP 樣蛋白(EML)家族成員。它是海膽卵微管(MT)制劑的主要成分, 也被發(fā)現(xiàn)在間期和有絲分裂時(shí)與微管蛋白共定位。 | |
II. Description | |
BaF3(小鼠原 B 細(xì)胞)的生長(zhǎng)和增殖需要 IL-3 的維持。通過引入各種表達(dá)激酶的基因, 能作為 BaF3 的驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,讓 BaF3 不再依賴 IL-3 而增殖,進(jìn)而激酶基因成為 BaF3 增殖依 賴的驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,用于評(píng)估小分子藥物對(duì)激酶的靶向抑制作用,原理及流程見下圖所示。
